Do I need to create an account to shop at Prutchfamilyimports.com?
Creating an account is an easy and convenient way to save shipping and billing information, view current order status and record past orders. Just click the Wholesale Login button and it will take you to a screen where you can either log in or register for an account. Fill in the registration information completely and register. You will be sent an email for verification. Click on products and you can view pricing and order.
How do I know that my order was placed?
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and a unique order number. Please review the information to make sure it’s correct. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes of placing the order, check your junk mail or other folders. If you need to make an update to your order, contact us at sa***@*****************ts.com.
How can I check the status of my order?
Log in and click on My Account; you’ll be able to see your full order history, including your current order status. If you are unable to see your current order status, please contact us via our Contact page.
Can I purchase your products over the telephone?
We do not accept telephone orders.
What are the payment options available for my purchases?
We will invoice via email upon shipping, and payment is due Net 30 on all wholesale orders. We accept major credit cards including American Express, Mastercard, Visa, company checks and ACH payments.
When will I receive my order?
Las Vegas area can expect 1-2 business days delivery from the order date. Outside of the local area, standard UPS or LTL shipping delivery times apply.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns of any food products. If there is any issue with the items that you have received, please contact us so that we can work to find an appropriate solution.
There’s a problem with one of the items I ordered.
If an item is received damaged, we would be glad to provide a replacement. Please contact us with both a description and a photo of the damaged item and original packaging via our Contact page.

Make sure your browser is up to date. Try resetting your password; you’ll receive an email allowing you to change your password.
What are the shipping costs?
Local delivery for the Las Vegas area direct to hotel docks and off-strip, stand-alone restaurants is $30 per order. Hand delivery to restaurants inside hotels is $45 per order. Local LTL pallet deliveries for the Las Vegas area is $120.00 per order. Orders outside of the Las Vegas area are shipped via UPS or LTL and are charged as standard rates based on the final destination.
